The heating unit had to be shut off due to it being the source of a military helicopter action sounding ruckus that was overwhelming. In the morning before 6 am the bathroom emanated a noise and vibration that disallowed any further sleep. The tub didn’t drain while showering, the toilet was not clean. And other minor issues. Front desk not great. Breakfast materials weak. The beds and linens were fine.

Missing parts, minor.

I went by the reviews and stayed at this hotel. It was ok. Breakfast was lacking. Not much to choose from. It was a noisy hotel. The bed was ok. There were no blackout curtains and the curtains that were there would not close. We had lights from the street in our room all night.

The person at the front counter wasn't overly polite, struggled through my check in. Did not appreciate being told to "give me your ID" and "give me your credit card". I had to ask what if he was actually holding an deposit, or simply recording my card for incidentals. I had yo ask how long they keep that info, as well as how do they destroy it. Was not a comfortable experience. Won't be back.

Hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and other attractions. Easy on & off from interstate. Breakfast options were good. Rooms could use deep cleaning on all surfaces. Stains were visible on furniture.

This place was gross, there were dead ants and living ants in the pool and hot tub, didn’t have hot water for a shower. And only one floor had a working ice maker . My children were grossed out , we will never stay there again
