To reach the property, you will need to travel a 3 km unpaved forest road, which is uphill and uneven in places.



The house once belonged to sculptor Costantino Nivola, who considered it his retreat and a source of inspiration. Guests have access to a shared garden with barbecue facilities. The location offers easy access to Florence and its attractions, the Mugello racetrack, and Monte Falterona. Nearby, you can visit a local farm to enjoy regional products and see horses and other animals.
