The first day we arrived, the power kept going out so it took us over an hour to actually check in to our room, on top of that the guy that helps with the luggage made a comment/joke about me to the vallet which i definitely did not appreciate. And our bedsheets had a smell to it as if it had not been changed yet. We personally did not have a great experience here.
