Excellent management and staff

We had a fabulous holiday staff at reception manager bar staff were absolutely amazing they helped our holiday more enjoyable . We were still at the hotel and booked our stay for next year from the manager to reception every member of staff went way above expectations to help our holiday amazing

Odanın temizliği asla yapılmamıştı. Tuvalet pisti ve kokuyordu. Klozetin üstünde önceki misafirden kalan saç vardı. İnternet diye koydukları şey olmasa daha iyiymiş. Odada sabun dahi yoktu. Hayatımızda ilk kez bir otele sabun hediye etmek zorunda kaldık.
