Charming house sleeps 4. One block from the iconic wharf and all the restaurants and sites to see. Obscure water view from second floor. Black out curtains in bedrooms, Primary bedroom has walk-in closet and king size bed. Second bedroom a double bed. Second floor has a double sink vanity tub/shower combo. Main floor has Smart tv and electric fireplace along with wine fridge, integrated dishwasher, induction stove, microwave and integrated refrigerator and freezer. Main floor bathroom is equipped with shower and floating vanity. Air-conditioning and heating for comfort. Sliding back door opens to outdoor patio for your enjoyment equipped with BBQ. Plenty of parking, Not far from the whale tours "down the neck" and 3.5 km drive to the BFL Ferry Terminal. This cozy house was once an original chowder house/"Speakeasy" Circa 1942. Fishing off the wharf and no license required. Digby Pines Golf Resort and Spa 5 minute drive away. Steps away from the Canada links walking trail. Spectacular location that checks all the boxes. No pets and no smoking.
