Appartement calme , sécurisé et bien placé : à proximité du centre de Dijon , du lac de Kir , du canal de Bourgogne et de la route des vins . Propriétaire sympathique et conciliant . Par contre , impossible d'utiliser le local à vélos , comble et dangereux d'accès . De plus , de nouveaux oreillers , un nettoyage plus intense ( sous le lit , les meubles , de l'aspirateur ) et un système de refroidissement de l'espace intérieur seraient les bienvenus pour que nous revenions !
