Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend! Mitten in einem schönen Garten sonnenliege u schattiger Terrasse! Dort wird auch auf Wunsch ein Frühstück serviert !nicht weit vom Strand u der City! Der sympathische Eigentümer ist sehr aufmerksam u hilfsbereit! Immer wieder gerne !!

The place is situated close by all the relevant beaches, especially Hiriketiya and Nilwella beach. It is about 10-15 minutes to get to hiriketiya road where most of the shops/resturants are. Its calm and tranquil at this place, away from the busy scene at hiriketiya road yet not to far to get there when you want. Space to park if u have tuk tuk, scooter etc. The rooms are cozy and clean. Some good restaurants very close by. The host is particularly nice and kind! He was very helpful to us during our stay. We extended our stay here. Recommended, would definitely stay there again.
