Pros - Nice big hot tub/sauna, friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast, great location. Cons - Older buildings so noise from others is constant. Can hear every room adjacent and the hallway easily.

This is an old school mountain lodge service that is well run and clean. Not everything is new but it is all nice enough for the price.

The room was clean and seemed recently updated, however you could hear everything, those walls and ceilings are so thin, it was hard to stay asleep. The breakfast was as expected, my only other complaint was the hostess that we checked in with, she was barely audible and seemed like we were bothering her, she wasn’t friendly at all. As also part of the hospitality industry, customer service must come as second nature. Other than that, it was an okay stay, probably wouldn’t stay again.

Something is wrong with the heating system. It was OVER 80 degrees in our room. It was below zero outside, so I cracked a window but it was still SO hot I couldn’t sleep all night. This was a miserable experience. It would be zero stars but for a decent lobby, breakfast, and location.
