Very bright apartment of 50 m2, facing south west, overlooking the (private) park of the manor, located on the 1st floor and can accommodate 4 people.
Entrance, fitted kitchen and living room. Upstairs, a bedroom with a shower room then on the mezzanine, a second bedroom.

Fantastic apartment, 5 minute walk to nearest sandy beach
Lovely apartment, 10 minute amble into the center of town with restaurants, bars, to suit all tastes. 10 minute walk to Dinard beach. The apartment was very well appointed, everything you could possible need and an informative, friendly Host Sylvie. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Charming French Experience
We have just returned from a week in Dinard. It’s a truly beautiful place, ( only twenty five minutes from the airport €13-€15 in a Taxi). The apartment Is charming and the location is perfect being only ten minutes walk to the various shops and the quaint little town with lots of choices of places to eat a drink. The variety of stunning beaches and outdoor pools and water sports on the beach, waffles, ice cream, crepes Which was brilliant for my teenage children who love it. The apartment is very classic French and charming in its style.Sylvie attention to detail as curator of the gorgeous apartment and lovely soft furnishings make it so relaxing and so cosy and made our stay so much more comfortable. It was impeccably clean and lovely that Sylvie had supplied the much needed essentials :toilet roll,washing up liquid, clothes detergent,tin foil,salad dressings, olive oil and cooking oil. For me this is always a lovely and generous touch. All in all we had a lovely relaxing holiday and it was even better than I could have expected. Especially when we were leaving for the airport and I had a problem with my phone so I had to ring Sylvie ( the owner) To ask her to ring me a taxi which she very kindly did immediately,which allowed us to have a safe trip home. I would not hesitate to recommend this holiday ‘home from home’ to anyone looking for a perfect authentic French experience,any time of year! Charming apartment
I had a wonderful stay in Dinard in this charming apartment. With its dual aspect, lovely furnishings and well equipped kitchen, it was all I was hoping for. It overlooks a splendid garden to one side and is quiet, despite being on a fairly busy street. It is perfectly situated for the market, the lovely town and the Prieuré beach. I would have no hesitation in returning on another occasion.

Lovely apartment. Clean and well equipped in a good location.
The apartment was very comfortable and homely. It had a bright airey feel. The lack of outdoor space might be a negative if the weather was good. We liked Dinard very much. The beaches are superb and there were lots of good restaurants in the area. St.Malo and Diinan were close by as well.

Cozy and well appointed flat in Dinard
We had a wonderful few days staying here. The space worked well for a family of four, even though some nights it was too warm for the children to use the loft space. The flat has everything you need and Sylvie is very helpful. We particularly appreciated the washing machine since two children can produce a lot of laundry!

Lovely apt in beautiful seaside town
Walk to the daily local market or Intermarche, to the seawater pool and promenade, to restaurants and shops. Great location and nicely furnished, with easy to use kitchen. Beds are comfortable; laundry is great for weeklong stays.

A nice, spacious apartment in an old building.
Number 1, Rue De La Corbinais is an old manor house in Dinard, which has been converted into self contained apartments. Mr and Mrs Rohou, who own the apartment, are a very nice couple who are anxious to please their guests and have furnished the apartment in a traditional, but uncluttered style. The entrance to the apartment is on the first floor of the building. The apartment is comprehensively equipped and the kitchen is as good as you will find in many permanent residences. There is a cooker with oven and four ceramic hobs; a fridge, a dishwasher and a microwave. Unusually for a French kitchen it also has a kettle and a tea-pot. The adjacent dining area has a breakfast bar and a dining table, both with seating for four. There is a comfortable seating area with a TV and CD player. Upstairs (there are two upper floors) the bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the adjacent bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The very top floor also has a bed, which would be suitable for an older child. I had a small problem with the key, but Mr Rohou came to the apartment and cleaned the lock. I suspect that, whatever the problem, there would be a ready solution, meaning that guests could relax and enjoy their holiday. The apartment is near to the 'Le Prieuré' beach, which is on the estuary of the river Rance. Other beaches at Dinard and St Enogat are also within comfortable walking distance, as are the local market and many good restaurants. There is a parking place inside the courtyard of the apartment and the gates can be locked at night, so a car can be made secure. This is a very nice apartment and single people, couples and small families should all be able to enjoy nice holidays in it.
