Très bonne situation A Dinard, a proximité de tout
appartement agréable et lumineux , quelques améliorations de mobilier a prévoir , un espace de stationnement serait le bienvenu car impossible de stationner a proximité ,surtout si vous êtes chargé ..

Etre au bord de la plage et au coeur de la ville
La proximité de la plage est l'atout majeur de cet appartement ainsi que le fait d'être au centre de la ville pour mes ados.
Par contre, cet endroit n'est pas fait pour les personnes qui se couchent tôt ou ont le sommeil léger (bruit extérieur).

Prima woning, prima locatie.
Goede vakantiewoning voor 2p. Alles aanwezig. Locatie uitstekend. Wel in vroege ochtend geluidsoverlast van gemeentelijke reinigingsauto’s en horecatransport. In woning weinig/geen kastruimte kleding; bestaan ruimtes daartoe geheel gevuld met spullen eigenaar. Maar samenvattend: zeker dikke voldoende was heel aangenaam

Le bruit la nuit du a la proximité des bars est parfois gênante
