Hatte viel Spaß beim Skifahren tagsüber und Entspannen nachts. Wir haben im gemütlichen Küchenbereich zu Abend gegessen und auf der Terrasse mit atemberaubender Aussicht um uns herum gegessen. Es fühlte sich so anders an als das Stadtleben, einfach einfaches Leben und die Natur um uns herum. Die Umgebung bot eine friedliche Atmosphäre, die perfekt für unsere Erholung war.

Wir haben dieses Haus aufgrund der vorherigen Bewertungen gebucht, aber ich muss eine Korrektur vornehmen. Das Haus selbst ist ordentlich, es sind jedoch einige Anpassungen erforderlich (insbesondere die Küche/das Badezimmer). Die Leute reden immer wieder von einem wunderschönen Ort, aber ich bin absolut anderer Meinung! Das Haus liegt an einem Schotterweg und ist sehr schwer zu finden. Auch in der touristischen Entwicklung ist die Gegend absolut zurückgeblieben, es gibt höchstens ein wunderschönes Kloster zu besichtigen (Desentis und lohnenswert) und eine Seilbahn, aber sonst nichts im Umkreis von 50KM! Dies ist ein Haus für Wanderer und nicht für Tagesausflüge geeignet. Ich hoffe, dass andere Belvilla-Kunden aufgrund der anderen Bewertungen für das Urlaubsziel nicht die gleichen falschen Entscheidungen treffen.

Het mooie, gezellige appartement bereik je best via Segnas. De huissleutels vonden we in de brievenhuis, want de eigenaars waren niet thuis. Rustig ligging, oost-zuid gericht en veel wandelmogelijkheden dankzij MGB-trein en bergbanen. Troef voor de toekomst is la Pendenta, een hangbrug in aanbouw.

Es wurde keine Gästekarte abgegeben, obwohl dies gemäss den Tourismus-Verantwortlichen Pflicht wäre. Die Adresse der Schlüsselhalterin war falsch angegeben, das Telefon stimmte.

Kleine, aber sehr saubere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss für Naturliebhaber. Der Schlüssel lag im Briefkasten. Die Eingangstür befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (Fliesen folgen). Keine Badetücher, aber Hand-/Geschirrtücher sind vorhanden. Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Für das Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer müssen Sie 7 Stufen hinuntergehen. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Das Haus liegt zwischen den Wiesen (Heuschnupfenzeit beachten). Rund um das Haus kann man auf Schalensitzen oder einer Bank an der Wand sitzen und einen fantastischen Ausblick genießen. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Schuppen mit Brot (gefroren), Tee und Fleisch. Bezahlen Sie bar und nicht billig. Die Genossenschaft ist etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Weiter in Disentis gibt es auch einen Spar und einen Volg.

Voor de 5 de keer op deze prachtige plek. T huisje is voor 2 rustzoekers prima geschikt; kamer, slaapkamer en badkamer zijn prima! T keukentje is en blijft slechts 1 persoons en kan wel opfrisbeurtcgebruiken. T uitzicht is ongelooflijk mooi en er zijn talloze wandelmogelijkheden. Jammer dat we t deze keer zonder Gaestekarte moesten stellen. Dat maakt in duur Zwitserland nogal wat uit.
