Exvellent stay in a beautiful, clean and well maintained, stocked apartment. Felt very luxurious and comfortable for what we paid. It came with absolutely everything we needed and more for the duration of our stay. Brilliant staff, extremely pleasant and helpful. Apartments were also in good location. A short and inexpensive car ride from most Doha attractions.

The room service guy named Ali opened the door of our room with his master key, while we where still inside our room. My family including ladies where still inside the room. Suite Room 201 - 06/05/2023 - Saturday around 10 am - 10:05 am. For evidence you can check your cctv footage. This is not at all acceptable. How can one feel safe in a hotel, if someone has a master key and opens the door from outside. The room service person has to check with the reception and then only can enter a room. We love the hotel and had planned to comeback to the same hotel when we plan to visit Qatar again, but after this experience we do not feel safe even to come near this hotel. Very disappointing.
