There is nothing nice to say regarding our stay. As soon as we arrived to the hotel and entered the rooms we were met by a nasty smell, smelt like sweat. The floor was dirty and filled with something sticky. The beds were dirty and almost never changed even though we placed the signs on the beds that we wanted the sheets changed. They remove the towels from the bathrooms but don’t get replaced with new ones so you always have to call to the front desk for some new towels. People at the reception did not really welcome us the way we expected. we almost felt unwelcome. The pictures that are presented at the website looks nothing like the reality.

Staff was absolutely insane. The room itself was pretty ok I guess. The bidet was nice. However it was lacking in comfortable bed aspect. The pillows were super flat and not supportive at all. I asked for the staff to please send some more pillows to my room and they just didn't care to do that. They said they had policy to not allow more than 1 pillow. I waited for the one extra pillow and no one arrived. Wack people for real
