We didn’t actually get to stay at this hotel. We explained to them weeks before arriving that due to the terms of our visa to Qatar, we won't be permitted to stay at the hotel. We asked for consideration we wanted a full refund, we would have been grateful for a partial refund. They declined all these. They offered to reschedule the dates but gave us 48 hours to decide - we need a visa to enter Qatar, we can't just randomly decide on new travel dates. We got to Qatar, visited the hotel, explained the situation, explained that we would have loved to stay there, asked for something, even a voucher so we don't lose all our money. They declined yet again. It's very sad and painful that consideration and understanding doesn’t seem to be something this hotel offers.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the experience was wonderful. The staff at reception gave me a warm welcome, helped with my bags, and even asked about my journey. They explained everything clearly — from dining times to the pool, spa, and other amenities. One of the team members, Arun, went above and beyond. He gave me detailed guidance on what to do around the area, the best timings for activities, and even let me know that if I ordered anything via the Talabat app, the hotel could deliver it directly to my room. The service throughout my stay was excellent. My room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, and because it was my birthday, the staff surprised me with extra drinks and a small cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, everything was spot on. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Arun, who made sure I had the best experience both inside and outside the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.
