There were shops nearby. The apartment was old. Not cleaned properly. Bathroom had a terrible smell. We actually felt dirty staying there and morning could not come fast enough so we could get out of there. Will never stay there again

Hotel was ok. But there was no hot water in the shower. Despite of reminding several time the issue was not sorted but on the check out day they offer another room to take shower. Little stinking inside rooms as there was no fresh ventilation.

No support from the personnel when we arrived, nobody to help with the luggages. The personnel at the reception didn't find the booking and was not nice at all. Once in the room, we find it not duly cleaned and smelling really bady. On the top of that, we found coackroaches in the room. we even didn't spent 1 night there and we left immediately (the reception personnel just said "sorry"). We paid for 6 days without been there even 1 night. Terrible experience.
