very bad hotel

the hotel cancel my reservation because i arrive late and not refound 7 nights 2 rooms, the personnel were very rude, with us and didn’t want to solve anything, only took the money for the cancel penalty. not though in the passengers.

Horrible Hotel, stole my money!

This hotel stole 379 CAD from me, for a simple misunderstanding spent over 1 hour just before New Years Eve, the General Manager was rude, the lady at the reception was ride, no wifi in the rooms, no customer service, small, cheap and horrible place, definitely DO NOT GO THERE there are plenty of Hotels in Qatar do not pick this one they only care about money, its a Shame for Qatar , Qatar is a great place with great people, but this place is a shame to this wonderful country!

My Stay in November

The stay is reasonable with the price, however the staff was over busy, room service were called multiple times and no one attended at all, Parking is horrible for big 4WD Cars. Location wise is excellent, everything is next to you, in winter you can walk around to Souq Waqif.

Amazing hotel, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you 🙏 for all of them specially mr Najeeb supervisor.only one issue related to housekeeping when you request cleaning or something not responding you have to call several time until they responded.

The room was cleaned. Service was not that good. Housekeeping should call the room first to check whether there was a person inside and not to open the guest room door.
