It is one of my favorite hotels in the world! Incredible staff, friendly, helpful, and welcoming they make you feel you are at home. You are surrounded by such a lively area full of history, culture, culinary traditions, and art. This was my second stay, traveling solo, and in a heartbeat will stay again at this beautiful hotel. Didn’t get to spend as much time enjoying the hotel as I would have preferred due to delayed arrival, but the extended check out on account of that fact was appreciated. The room was comfortable and quiet with views towards Al Corniche. The rooms are a little dated, but still very comfortable. The only draw back was difficulty in operating the lights. Struggled to turn them off and then back on again. Why do hotels make light switches so complex?!

Great Hotel by the Souq

Great location to the souq and other sites along the waterfront. Be aware there are about 6 different hotels under the Tivoli brand in this location. Our suite was well appointed and comfortable. Service is outstanding.

Staff are friendly and helpful. It was 45 degrees every day so being able to get transport around the area during the day was great. Pool was open till 7. A bit later would have been good. Breakfast was excellent.

Lovely hotels in the centre historic Souq Waqif.

THe Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels are a collection of 8 hotels in the beautiful historic area of Souq Waqif. Excellent area to stay if you are a first time visitor like myself and wanting to be in a more historic and cultural area of Doha. THe 8 buildings are all at different standards, so it is probably best to get clarification on what class of hotel you will be in. Staff are fantastic!
