We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, and everything exceeded our expectations. The food was exceptional, the hotel was spotless, and the level of service was truly outstanding. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and featured a lovely balcony, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. A special thank you to the amazing team at the Lagoon Restaurant — especially Dila, Younita, and Dira — whose genuine warmth, kindness, and attention to detail transformed our stay into something truly special. They went above and beyond to make our 2.9 year-old toddler feel welcomed and cherished, creating beautiful memories we will treasure forever. We also loved the thoughtful touches, from the golf cart rides to the beach, which were both convenient and fun, to the complimentary trip to Lagoona Mall, adding an extra layer of comfort and luxury to our experience. This was an awesome stay from start to finish, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel. Amazing stay. Amazing staff. Room constantly spotless. Service in the hotel is superb. Breakfast was amazing. After one day all the staff had remembered my name and that felt amazing and personal. The best hotel I have ever stayed out. Amenities in the room were great. The balcony was great. I cannot recommend this hotel enough — our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by all the staff, who were always smiling, helpful, and incredibly polite. They truly went out of their way for us and were always on hand whenever we needed anything. The hotel has a beautiful private beach where staff greeted us with complimentary welcome drinks. There was also a 24-hour buggy service that took us to the mall, which was extremely convenient. Breakfast was included in our stay, and there were so many delicious options to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel — we will definitely be back!
