This stylish apartment on the ground floor of an old Italian manor house enchants its guests with its high arched ceilings, a stunning view of the medieval village and the surrounding olive groves. You can enter the apartment from a small alley by the river and you will find yourself in a very spacious, light eat-in kitchen. Casa Bradipo has a spacious dining area, a cosy sofa corner, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 storage room. The apartment combines modern comfort with the charm of an antique building. Furniture made of noble wood adds to the tasteful modern art. Casa Bradipo has a large garden with a meadow, sun loungers, dining area und a large palm tree and the romantic view of Dolcedo, the river and the soft green hills. Depending on the circumstances, you will share the garden with two, or a maximum of three, tenants from another small apartment in the Palazzo. For both apartments there is a set of tables, chairs and loungers with a sun umbrella.

Nicely presented, well-located apartment
We had a lovely week in Dolcedo. The village is interesting and nice to while away an hour or two. It was also fairly well placed for trips to the beach which we did on a number of occasions. We liked that there were a few restaurants to choose from for evening meals which saved us cooking. The apartment did have everything that we needed and was nicely presented. The washing machine was particularly welcome and we did enjoy sitting in the garden (under the shade mostly!). We did feel that the bathroom was fairly basic, perhaps a little 'tired'. The sofa and chair, albeit lovely to look at, weren't for us, that comfortable. Whilst one of the bedrooms didn't have an external window, it was much more peaceful than the other. It's worth noting that bed linen and towels are not included as standard.

Charmantes Dorf Dolcedo
Die Wohnung mit dazugehörigen Garten ist sehr nett, Lage direkt im Herzen der Altstadt. Negativ fanden wir die Brücke direkt vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster. Es war schon sehr laut wenn bis spät Abends und gleich morgens die Autos über die Brücke fahren. Dolcedo ist ein sehr schönes mittelaltrliches Dorf und von der Wohnung aus war alles schnell zu erreichen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr nett. Fahrradschuppen für evtl. mitgebrachte Räder vorhanden.

Geschmackvolle Wohnung in wunderschönem Dorf
Sehr individuell eingerichtete Wohnung mit vielen liebe- und geschmackvollen Details. Alles vorhanden was notwendig ist und div. Restaurants / Läden zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wunderschöner Garten, Meer ist nicht weit und die Gegend ist hervorragend zum Radfahren geeignet.

Schönes Flair mit Einschränkungen
Das reizvolle Dorf Dolcedo hat eine wunderbare Lage, um Urlaub am Meer oder bei Wanderungen zu machen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, in charmanter Atmosphäre. Der Garten am Haus ist sehr einladend und groß genug, dass sich zwei Familien begegnen können und Privatsphäre haben. Das Quartier ist großzügig geschnitten und die Gastgeber reagieren schnell und freundlich, wenn etwas fehlt. So wurde die Warmwasserversorgung wieder repariert und auch nach Möglichkeiten gesucht, zumindest teilweise eine Möglichkeit des Fernsehens zu schaffen. Was sich jedoch als unerquicklich und enttäuschend herausstellte, war, dass ein Zimmer ein licht- und luftloser Raum ist (ein winziges Oberlicht führt zum nächsten Raum), der effektiv nur durch eine geöffnete Tür zu belüften geht. Diese wiederum ist so verzogen, dass sie nur durch Anheben überhaupt und einigermaßen geräuscharm zu öffnen ist. Der Schlaf war wenig erholsam. Auch sei empfohlen, sich ein eigenes Laken mitzubringen. Die dortigen Laken passen nicht zu den Matratzen und verrutschen vollständig. Die Wohnung ist feucht, so dass ein Raumentfeuchter laufen muss, der nicht zu überhören ist. Durch die Feuchtigkeit riecht es in allen Schränken so stockig, dass die Kommoden nicht genutzt werden können, um Bekleidung unterzubringen. Da die Wohnung ebenerdig an Fußweg und Strasse liegt und die einzigen Fenster nach dieser hin zu öffnen sind, aber nicht über die Möglichkeit einer Kippfunktion verfügen, sondern nur ganz zu öffnen gehen, ist das Lüften nur zeitweise und auf keinen Fall bei Abwesenheit möglich. Wir würden für den recht stattlichen Preis des Quartiers und wegen der genannten Einschränkungen sicher nicht nochmal mieten.

Schönes Dorfleben
Wir hatten im Dorf Dolcedo einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist so geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Kunst und Antiquitäten , super Betten und in der der offenen Küche alles da. Die Vermieter haben uns toll empfangen und bei einer kleinen Bemerkung wärend unsers Aufenthaltes wurde dieses sofort behoben. Ein wunderschöner Garten ein bisschen uns Haus herum, der grünste in ganz Dolcedo. Vor der Tür der Fluss, ein schönes Restaurant dahinter die Kirche und der Dorfplatz mehr geht nicht. Ich war schon oft in diesem Tal, aber dies Quartier ist mein neuer Urlaubs Platz. Sandra 20.07 2020

Pfingst-Urlaub 2019
Für Urlauber, die eine rustikale Unterkunft lieben und keine hohen Komfortansprüche haben, ist die Wohnung ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung durch Ausflüge oder Wanderungen zu erkunden. Der direkt bei der Wohnung liegende Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Minuspunkte sind: mangelndes Besteck und zu wenige Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnbereich, kein Wasserkocher vorhanden. Sehr spartanisch eingerichtetes Bad!

Ligurien hautnah
Wir hatten diese schöne Wohnung im Februrar gebucht, was unserer Meinung nach ein toller Monat ist, um einmal das ganz typische ligurische Leben hautnah zu erleben. Wir waren mit den Einheimischen allein, es ist Olivenernte-Zeit, dementsprechend ist in Dolcedos Gassen und Ölmühlen viel los. Die Wohnung eignet sich super für einen Winteraufenthalt, tagsüber scheint die Sonne direkt in die vorderen Räume hinein. Die Zentralheizung bringt alle Räume auf Wunschtemperatur, in italienischen Fewos leider immer noch überhaupt nicht selbstverständlich. Wifi, Fernseher mit deutschen Programmen, eine schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Kunst, nette Vermieter – wir hatten alles, um uns perfekt zu erholen. Jolly und Ralf

Wir waren zum wandern im Dezember hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung lässt wenige Wünsche offen... ein wenig Geschirr mehr wäre nett .... aber man könnte sich sehr wohl fühlen

Nice and spacious apartment in a very nice village near the Italian coast
We had a nice week in Dolcedo, a beautfiful, very nice and quiet village in the mountains approx 5 km from the coast. Imperia is close for the groceries in big supermarket(s). From there you can easliy reach San Remo, Menton, Savona and Monaco. The appartment was spacious, clean and nicely decorated with everyting you need: washing machine, fridge, a good kitchen, etc. The beds were not so comfortable (you can feel the springs in the matrasses) and also the couches were very hard to sit. Further, the nice and spacious garden is not directly attached to the appartment, but a few meters walk. Very fine equipped with tables, relaxing chairs and even a hammock to swing! Enough trees to find a nice spot in the shade during a hot Italian day. BBQ is there to grill you're own food. We had a very nice time in Dolcedo, with a higher comfort of bed and couch we would rate at 5 stars!
