The hotel perfect, the reservation tragic!

17 days after my last stay at this hotel, I had the same nightmare with check in after the front desk closed. The reservation number from Hotels.com (expedia) does not work AGAIN. I had to call the 24 hour service who took it on the 4th try. They had to wake up the responsible person. Arrived quickly and was very helpful but also could not find the reservation on his computer. I had to wait another 30 minutes. He finally gave us a room but stated that this is a common problem. Please sort out the compatibility of the reservation numbers. It's a horror to arrive after midnight and have to deal with this every time!

Poor description of hotel. Not knowing what this chain is like we were disappointed that showers and toilets were not in the room. I know it doesn't say they are but is doesn't tell you clearly that they are not. I wouldn't have booked this hotel if i had known

Chambre bien, juste chauffĂ©e comme il faut, bonne isolation phonique. Tablette pour travailler trop courte de 15 cm. Site internet : information erronĂ©e sur : salle d'eau, serviette de bain. J'ai dĂ» demander une autre chambre avec douche, comme indiquĂ© sur ma commande et j'ai dĂ» payer un supplĂ©ment. Et l'on m'a prĂȘtĂ© une serviette. Wifi OK. Merci encore Ă  l'accueil.
