The 1 bedroom on this level is fitted with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The property includes 1 bathroom as well as a separate WC, ensuring practical comfort for all guests. On the upper floor, a gallery area provides an additional sleeping space with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. It is important to note that this upper sleeping area is not an enclosed bedroom but rather an open-plan space, as is the case with gallery or alcove configurations.
