Beware of the water bottle trap!

This hotel is showing its age a little bit. Breakfast buffet - go early because they don’t do refills. Empty plates.... At check out they claimed I had consumed a bottle of water, which I had not. They took a long time and even sent a ‘manager’ to my room. I offered to pay The $4.— anyway because I had a car waiting and needed to leave. They took another 5 minutes making all the other guests wait for checkout. I will not stay at this hotel again. Their staff is not up to the task.

東莞市塘厦で日本人宿泊で便利と考えるとまずこのホテルと考えます。 ホテル前までは深圳羅湖のバス乗り場から直通バスがあり、ホテル目の前には日本料理屋さんが多数あります。ホテル部屋内も快適ですが、水回りには少し古さが見え始めました。朝食も種類が豊富で、塘厦に宿泊する日本の方はまずここが第一候補と考えてよいと思います。

The place shows wear and tear and could use a remodel. It’s still nice though. AC system was not very reliable in my room and not always able to keep temperature at comfortable levels. Staff is friendly and helpful but few speak English so have your smartphone ready for translation.

部屋が広すぎた。 中国語のわからない人が、深センからたどり着くのは大変。 朝食をとった食堂の椅子は交換したほうが良いのでは？汚れがついていた。 フロントの人はバスターミナルを教えてくれたり、親切でした。

The room smells a lot like cigarrets smoke and the carpets are very old and dirt. The rest of the hotel smells weird as well and needs to be refurbish in most of the forniture. Service and food is OK.

Metropolitan - not comfortable

Hotel is old and not consumer friendly, the rooms were old and they didnt even have wireless internet. The breakfast was horrible with only one fruit available (watermelon) The lobby bar closes at 10pm or earlier as my collagues and I experienced where at 9:35pm they would not serve us after a long business meeting. I would not stay here again in fact I left a day early due to the conditions

Good business hotel near ZhangMutou

Good cost/value package/Fairly modern hotel. Fast internet. Fair cost hotel buffet but go early. Best food is not replensihed & close early. Reception day manager from punjab./India. This is business area so business clients stay. Many local industries such as hardware/Office supplies etc. There are many other local hotels much cheaper but you must be well versed in china travel/food etc. 2 English TV channels
