Proximity to the dior garden (5 min on foot), access on foot to granville by the flat Gousset (approx 10 min). Very bright house with also terrace facing south garden and not overlooked. 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and separate WC.

Exceptional and breathtaking view, brightness with its multiple orientations, a south-facing garden out of sight, very quiet location and possibility of going to Granville on foot via the magnificent DIOR garden ... Donville Beach as far as possible view.
