The house is located in Nessmersiel on a 720 sqm plot with south facing terrace and unobstructed views. It is a spacious, high-quality semi-detached house (about 90 sqm) for up to 6 people. (5 adults + toddler). The house is suitable for allergy sufferers (no smoking, no pets) and is located in a prime location directly on the dike, within walking distance of the harbor and the beach. Bakers, kiosks and supermarkets are also nearby. - In a few seconds you stand on the dike and can take a walk with a view of the sea and the islands of Norderney, Baltrum and Langeoog. - Children can have fun on the swing in the large garden.

Very quiet location, non-smoking house, suitable for allergy sufferers, underfloor heating in the kitchen, living room and bathroom, blinds throughout the house. Hat uns gut gefallen

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist in der Nähe vom Strand, sowie auch zum Städtchen. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Manche Ecken könnten allerdings mal wieder besonders gereinigt und in Stand gesetzt werden (Küche & Bad). Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus in super Ausgangslage für den Strand und Ausflüge. Haus selbst hat alles für einen schönen Urlaub und klasse ist auch der große Garten! Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
