Newly furnished holiday home near the dike well suited for families with WiFi

The house was renovated and modernized in January 2018. It offers everything you need for a comfortable, carefree holiday. WiFi is provided free of charge. In the fully equipped kitchen, in addition to the electric stove, dishwasher and microwave, there are new electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, coffee pad machine, kettle, toaster and espresso machine. Sufficient dishes and accessories are available, so that self-catering becomes relaxation.
The living-dining room is equipped with an LED TV with satellite reception, a DVD player and a stereo. The new leather sofa invites you to relax and can be used as an additional sleeping space if required.
The dining area in the light-flooded bay area can be used at the large dining table, and there is also the option of placing a high chair.
The guest toilet is also on the ground floor.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed, chest of drawers and 3-door closet and a cot.
The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds, chest of drawers and closet, as well as a television.
The bathroom is newly renovated, including a hair dryer and cosmetic mirror and also has a washing machine.
The terrace has an awning for shading and in the fenced and ingrown garden there is a beach chair and an outdoor grill.
There is a possibility that towels and bed linen can be booked through our manager for a fee.
Final cleaning (€ 50) and visitor's tax are due on arrival and are paid directly to our administrator.
In the holiday periods, rentals are only possible weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

Beschreibung irreführend und zum Teil falsch
Obwohl in der Anzeige bei den Ausstattungsmerkmalen steht, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher bereit gestellt werden müssen die teuer dazu gebucht werden und können mit der Endreinigung nur vor Ort und nur bar bezahlt werden. Ein Trockner ist auch nicht vorhanden obwohl in der Anzeige steht, es wäre einer vorhanden. Leider scheinen die Vermieter nicht willens, wenigstens die Anzeige zu ändern, nachdem sie darauf hingewiesen wurden. Das Haus war recht sauber und auch entsprechend ausgestattet. Leider fehlte ein grosses Stück im Zaun, so dass der Hof nicht wirklich eingezäunt war. Die Lage ist gut und die Verwalterin sehr entgegenkommend.

Erholsame Tage in Neßmersiel
Wir verbrachten erholsame Tage im gebuchten Domizil, welches voll der Beschreibung entsprach und uns vollstens zufrieden stellte. Im Ort kann man sich selbst versorgen und lecker Essen gehen, aber entdeckt ist er und der Strand mit Hafen schnell. Will nan Entdecker sein, gilt es mobil zu sein, dann ist das Angebot allerdings reichhaltig. Und dafür ist dieses Objekt ein prima Ausgangspunkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt! 🌞👍

Schöne Tage
Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in Nessmersiel verbracht und haben es dort genossen. Das Haus ist hell und schön eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen ☺️

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, wenn auch nicht immer sonnenreichen Aufenthalt. Die Einrichtung war ok. Pluspunkt: Smart TV Ein negativer Punkt: Das Beziehen der Betten und die Handtücher sind nicht inklusive.

Alles in allem - sehr schön.
Nessmersiel ansich kennen wir schon lang und lieben die Ruhe dort. Das Ferienhaus war für unseren Geschmack vollkommenen ausreichend,alles da was man so braucht...die Reiningskräfte dürften aber gern ein wenig genauer sein. Die Treppe sah weder einen Staubsauger noch einen Besen. Aber grundsätzlich alles wie beschrieben 👌

Ein großartiger Aufenthalt
Ein tolles Haus mit einer guten Ausstattung. Sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: ein zweiter Handlauf an der Treppe wäre empfehlenswert. Negativ: wir sind nach 15:00 Uhr angereist. Jedoch war das Haus noch nicht geputzt. Man solle nach 16:00 Uhr nochmal wiederkommen. Dem Haustürschlüssel musste man auch hinterlaufen. Am Haus angekommen wurde man von den Damen vom Reinigunsservice nicht nett empfangen. Zudem wurde man darauf hinweisen, man müsse sich woanders hinstellen. Da wo wir stehen würden, dürfe man nicht stehen. Ein Verstoß koste 55EUR Strafe.
