Charming country house in an outdoor location



Would you like to enjoy a wonderful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of nature with several generations of your family, with two families or with several couples? Then this very individually designed property is the right choice for you. As the two apartments are separated by an intermediate door, the house is also ideal for a time-out together with grandparents or for several couples if they want to travel together.



Relax on the terrace in the sun with a cup of coffee, or enjoy a delicious barbecue in the evening and watch the cows in the meadows or the goldfish in the small garden pond. The spacious holiday home offers plenty of room for a relaxing holiday together. On colder days you can warm up in the in-house sauna. Directly behind the house is a small barefoot gravel bed, ideal for stimulating the circulation after the sauna. A fire bowl invites you to roast marshmallows.



Surrounded by meadows, you are only a five-minute drive or a short bike ride away from the Baltic Sea. You can easily park directly on the beach. The municipality of Dörphof borders directly on the Baltic Sea with its fine sandy beach and neighbouring nature reserve. Numerous well-developed cycling and hiking trails invite you to go cycling or hiking. On the opposite side of the Baltic Sea is the Schlei, Germany's only unspoilt fjord, which you can also cycle or boat around. Kappeln, a nearby town with a beautiful harbour, restaurants and shops, invites you to take a stroll.

Schöner Urlaub, aber nie wieder diese Unterkunft bzw. Objektvermietung!!! Kaution nicht erstattet

Bei der Bezug bzw. bei der Abholung der Schlüssel habe ich im Servicebüro in Schönhagen, wie vereinbart, einerseits die Reinigungskosten und andererseits einen pauschalen Energiekostenabschlag, eine Kaution (Strom, Wasser, Gas) von insgesamt 55 Euro pro Tag, bar im Voraus bezahlt.Laut der Informationen des Servicebüros wie auch der Angabe auf dem Zahlungsbeleg, soll der tatsächliche Verbrauch von der Kaution nach der Abreise abgezogen und der Differenzbetrag innerhalb von 3 Wochen (nach erfolgter Abreise) auf das Konto des Mieters zurück überwiesen werden. Dies blieb aus und ich habe trotz mehrfacher Anrufversuche und E-Mails bislang auch keine Rückzahlung erhalten. Auch haben wir das Objekt zunächst einmal richtig gerreinigt bevor wir es bziehen konnten. Viele Sitzmöbel, Stühle waren beschädigt und daher nicht nutzbar. Die Außenmöbel wiesen eine starke Materialermüdung auf. Einer der Toaster löste bei Inbetriebnahme einen Kurzschluss aus. Da der Zugang zum Sicherungskasten nicht gegeben war, mussten wir warten, bis ein Techniker vorbeikam. Abschlag für Energiekosten
