Stay here, you will love it!

Absolutely loved our 2 night stay here, one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Super friendly staff from the moment we walked in, nothing was too much trouble, they are genuinely invested in making each and every guest feel valued and welcome. We stayed in Portland and it was a delightful room; spotlessly clean with a stunning view of the needles. Nice little freeview tv with all apps available to log into. Food and drinks really good. Try the spicy mango margarita, absolutely bang on ;) thanks to all for making my daughter’s A Level results day so memorable and positive. We will be back for sure.

Brilliant hotel & great food

Fabulous stay - my 4th or 5th at this property, amazing food & that includes the breakfast & stunning views. Parking, especially if you're in a large van etc. can be a wee bit tight sometimes, but the adjoining streets are free & normally not too clogged.

We like the position, dog friendly, good shower, pleasant breakfast, excellent size bed. Dislike, sink too small in bathroom? TV out of date no apps to be able to sign in to own accounts. why the blind in the room was only half the height of the window?

A real gem on the coast.

The Cliff House was an excellent resto-pub with rooms. We bagged the last room and although a bit on the small side (which he had been advised in advance), it was well appointed and scrupulously clean. The bed was very comfortable and the furnishings had a nautical theme. Food was outstanding and great value. Staff were delightful and most helpful. The beer garden was a bonus too. A great little spot overlooking the Channel.
