Welcome to Swing Bridge House, a brand-new contemporary home built in 2022, designed for comfort and relaxation for up to eight guests. You'll find high-end fixtures and finishes throughout this well-lit and inviting space.
Main Level:
Open-Concept Living: Experience a bright, open-concept design seamlessly connecting the living room, dining area, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. The living area features a large sectional sofa, a 65" smart TV with access to HBO Max, Netflix, and Disney+, and a BOSE soundbar for your entertainment. High-speed WiFi is also provided.
Gourmet Kitchen: The kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances, a large island, and all the cookware you need for preparing meals.
Outdoor Oasis: Step out onto your spacious private deck, complete with comfortable outdoor seating and beautiful views of Kalamazoo Lake and downtown Saugatuck. Enjoy the private hot tub, perfect for four adults, overlooking the lake and marina.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home during their stay, including all interior spaces, the private deck, and the hot tub. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.

The host is available for any questions or assistance guests may need during their stay, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Interaction will primarily be remote, respecting guest privacy.

Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles in the driveway.

A Tesla Level 2 Charger is available for guest use for an additional fee of $50 per stay. Please inquire if you wish to use it.

Early Check-in (2:00 PM) may be available for a $100 fee, subject to availability.

The place comfortably for 6 adults without feeling cramped and it was stocked with everything we needed to cook basic meals and hang out while playing games at the large table or warm up in the hot tub. Everything is clean and home is furnished well. The family enjoyed the hot tub, quick access to Entertainment. We walked to Douglas for the Farmers market, coffee, etc. Saugatuck at 5 minutes away is convenient for good food, shopping, entertainment( the Pontoon boat trip up the driver and into Lake Michigan was perfect and relaxing with Sandwiches from the Farmhouse and a jug of Sangria made at the house). Vince was amazing and always quick to respond. Everything we needed was provided in the house and any requests were fulfilled. Would recommend and hope to return soon!

The host is very responsive and accommodating. The home was very nice and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet. Close to all of the amenities in Douglas and Saugatuck. Holland is only a 15 minute drive, which was perfect as we had a family wedding there. Very convenient. Had a pleasant stay.

Long weekend stay

The property was a fantastic stay. It’s very close to downtown Saugatuck and is easy to get there using the InterUrban Transport, or it’s an easy mile walk in. The community the house is situated in is very friendly and has great access to Kalamazoo lake and fishing spots. It also is an easy 8 minute walk to downtown Douglas. The hot tub is a huge plus and the property comes with all the necessities needed to have a nice weekend or a longer stay. It’s incredible.

Our family loved this condo for the high end finishes and proximity to both Saugatuck and Douglas! We held a birthday dinner in the spacious kitchen and enjoyed the beautiful deck for coffee in the morning and evening. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all extremely roomy and comfortable. Host was very welcoming and super responsive to questions. We will be back!

Perfect Family Getaway in Douglas/Saugatuck

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful vacation rental in Douglas! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to downtown Douglas where we enjoyed browsing local shops, grabbing coffee, and visiting the farmers market. The neighborhood was peaceful and walkable. There is also a bike path that runs past the house. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking in, and we appreciated all the little extras—from the beach towels to the hot tub which we enjoyed after a cool dip in Lake Michigan. The beds were super comfortable, and everything felt fresh and welcoming.The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Great house

The home is central to the tulip festival, downtown Douglas and downtown Saugutuck. Very near the dunes and Lake Michigan. The homeowner thought of everything. They had soaps, towels, trash bags, paper products, you name it. The home was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. Contacted them regarding a question and they responded right away. Would definitely rent again.
