The tv was difficult to use as no instructions and toilet didn't flush very well. Staff were very friendlt especially JM and the breakfast was perfect. The meals were reasonably priced and tasty. The hotel is very convenient for all activities.

Nice hotel on Douglas bay , lovely breakfast buffet with quality produce, nice evening food , perhaps a bit more entertainment at night other than pianist but overall good experience

We enjoyed our stay! Good location on the beach in walking distance of restaurants and relatively easy to park on the street. Friendly staff, and great food at the restaurant. Breakfast was solid too with the option of kippers to go with a full-English-type spread. Would recommend!

The hotel was easily accessible from the port - about a 15 min walk, as well as to the horse and electric trains. The location was very nice. Breakfast was good and water pressure in the shower was excellent.
