Had a truly lovely stay at the Trevelyan in Douglas - received a lovely welcome from Delia upon arrival; had a promenade / beachfront view from my 3rd floor room. Comfortable bed. No problems at all with the shared bathroom facilities either. What I would suggest though, is for basic tea/coffee facilities being provided to guests - either directly in their rooms, or at a central location (for example, in the common area on the ground floor). Thank very much once again !

Room was basic but that's what I'd paid for; view of the sea was fantastic. Breakfast was very good and cooked freshly although time window for breakfast was very narrow being between 8.30 and 9.00 although there did seem to be a little flexibility. The person serving was very friendly and accommodating. Bus stops close by so easy to get around although could walk to amenities.
