Very welcoming hotel service. From front desk associates, to the breakfast associate, it was a very welcoming experience. Thankful for the different breakfast options, clean & service were very good. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned well. Bathroom and areas around the bed area needs improvement of cleanliness.

My family and I were given a "handicapped room". I don’t know why because none of us are handicapped. The shades were not working. Thete was not enough lights in the room. I understand that some handicapped people need room to get around. But, I also had booked a room with King Size bed and there was a wall mounted lamp that the handicapped room could have used. The closet had low poles for perhaps someone using a wheelchair but, again hanging up my coats and dresses became problematic. Those rooms need to be reserved for someone who is actually handicapped.
