Employees were phenomenal! The room was perfect for me and my sister and definitely coming back!

Have had an excellent experience at the Saint Kate in the past, however this time we had a couple of room issues that took a long time to get addressed. The first issue was with the in-room record player, however someone was sent right away to fix, so that was fine. But the second issue was with the in-room refrigerator. It quit working at some point during the first night and it took multiple reports, beginning the next morning, to finally get it addressed after 5:30pm the next day. As a reult, we had to throw away perishable food. We also had to call the desk to get more toilet paper, which is unusual at a luxury hotel. Overall, just a bit diappointing.
