Lovely friendly hotel.

This is a lovely hotel with big rooms which are very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The food in the restaurant was beautiful and good sized portions. We will definitely be visiting again!

Disappointing

Room was extremely small with children’s single bed. First room I went into the washbasin did not drain. They moved me into another room after I already unpacked. I stay at various Van Der Valk hotels quite often and usually get free upgrades. I didn’t even know rooms this small exist outside of Japan!!

It was clean, good WiFi, balcony and close to my job site. I had the do not disturb sign on my door most days but the staff still left a bag with fresh towels, coffee and soap every time. Great hotel. Could t ask for more.

Nice, modern hotel but pricey for room service

Nice hotel which is kept modern and in good decor. I've used this hotel a few times over the years which reflects how comfortable I am with it. In room wifi worked well. Overall it was a nice place. Only 2 negatives, one that when you walk from reception to your room you are often walking all the way through the restaurant which is weird. Also the hotel has a €10 tray charge for room service. I feel this is very expensive and penalises business travellers like myself who can often be travelling alone and rather than lose most of the night being waited upon can instead be productive working in their room and grabbing a quick feed via room service.
