Only 200m from the Baltic Sea, our modern, freely planned architect's house welcomes you in a dreamlike and quiet location, in Rehbergort, in the northwest of the island of Rügen. The house was newly built in 2012 in high-quality solid construction.

The modern, elegant architecture of the house continues inside. All rooms were designed and furnished by a well-known interior decorator, both in terms of color and the choice of furniture and fabrics.

You enter the apartment and are in the elegant living area with a comfortable couch, swedish stove and large flat screen. Due to the open, modern floor plan, you will also find a spacious kitchen with high-quality branded appliances and an inviting dining area.

The architectural style and the large windows let a lot of light into the rooms.
The windows are of course provided with blinds, so that you can keep your privacy when and where you want it.

The two bedrooms have comfortable double beds.

The beautiful, floor-level shower is the heart of the bathroom, from which you can also access the high-quality sauna from the manufacturer "Klafs" and the separate toilet.

In summer you can enjoy the sun on your own terrace or on one of the wonderful beaches.
On colder days, warm up after a nice walk on the beach in your own dry sauna or spend a romantic evening in front of the Swedish stove.

The equipment leaves nothing to be desired.
