The village of Dranske is located in the north of the island of Rügen, surrounded by the largely untouched Bodden landscape. A highlight is undoubtedly the kilometer-long sandy beach near Dranske, which is perfect for even the youngest children to splash around in, as the water is very shallow. Tip: You'll find Rügen's oldest inn in the village. The "Schifferkrug" has been welcoming guests since 1455.

The nearby island of Hiddensee is also the perfect destination for all holidaymakers who want to enjoy and experience the sea and nature. We also plan regular events for our younger guests. These take place seasonally, mainly during the summer months. Let yourself be surprised! The petting zoo, in particular, is sure to make your little ones' eyes light up. Our sports-minded guests will find numerous opportunities to be active in beautiful surroundings. Sailing, kitesurfing, surfing, cycling, skating: the variety is vast. There's even a riding stable nearby.
