New Listing. Greers Ferry ON THE LAKE! Looking for that old-world quintessential lake house?! This is it… cool, unique, spacious home with exceptional views of the lake. Private steps right out the door and into the water. Boat and 2 jet ski anchor buoys for summer use w/ ramp one-tenth of a mile. Charm and character exude from the moment you walk in the front door and see the wide plank pine floors, 3-story stone turret, and vaulted ceiling with beams.

The main floor has a fully stocked kitchen with two refrigerators, open dining and living area, pretty queen bedroom w/ lake view and private bath, and the cutest bunk room with private bath.

The third floor has a king bedroom with breathtaking sunset views, stone fireplace, and private deck- prime spot for your morning coffee. Reminiscent of childhood lake days is a sleeping loft boasting four twin beds and camp roll-out windows. Fall asleep to the sound of the water hitting the shore or the perfect place to curl up with a book. BR and loft share a jack-and-jill bathroom at the end of hall.

The lower level has a deck and a den with a huge stone fireplace, poker table, TV, lots of board games, and plenty of space to spread out. Twin with Trundle bedroom is separated from game room with a divider. There is a full bath and laundry room off this bedroom. Rec. Room with pool table, ping pong, and foosball- so much to do that the teens will put their phones down! Three decks, two grills, 14-person picnic table. Nice side yard for games and large circle drive with plenty of parking spots. This home checks all the boxes!!

Neighborhood golf course, sandwich shop, and miles of ATV trails. Small private airstrip, playground, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, just a short walk from home. If you’re ready to get away from it all and make lifelong memories, Tannenbaum is for you!
