Okay stay during cooler months

The hotel was close to station and tram stop, so easy to get around. Good variety of breakfast. Clean and spacious room. Pillows were very flat, and the duvets were heavy. No ac in the room, so it was very humid & uncomfortable to sleep, as is was 30 degrees outside during our stay. Traffic noise was too much at night to leave the windows open

Very good place to stay. Lady at reception was very nice and helpful. And room was better than expected. Large, clean and well equipped. Only old style key isn't very practical, but rest than that all was great. And very good breakfast. Definetly would stay again once come back to Dresden.

Large, warm room with interesting modern decor. Bathroom a little dark but supurb shower. Well situated in the Neustadt to walk to the central areas full of cool restaurants and bars

Avarage hotel, which I believe is about to be renovated, so probably more up to date during 2021. Description said it had free parking however I failed to find that parking and instead parked on the street. This is also free, however you can only park until 7am which is a bit inconvenient.

Nice hotel, with spacious room!

Great hotel. We staid one night as we were traveling through Germany, and the room was nice, clean and spacious. On the negative side, there was no hotel parking, as it was written in the description on hotels.com. The receptionist told us to use the public street parking, or use a parking place several hundred meters away from the hotel.

No AC or fan

False advertising: Does NOT have air conditioning or fan. We arrived on one of the hottest days of summer and there is NO AC and NO FAN in the entire building. I almost walked out but our booking is non-refundable and I refuse to pay for a different hotel. Ended up going to a store to purchase a fan. Luckily, the guy at the check-in counter let us switched rooms till I found a cooler room which is on the ground floor. Floors were a little dusty and could use a good cleaning.

Sauberkeit im Bad lies zu sehr wünschen übrig. 1. zwischen Duschbecken und Vorbauwand der Toilette (ca. 5cm Abstand) ist schon ewig nicht mehr geputzt worden. 2. am Rücklauf des Plattenheizkörpers sah es genauso so aus. 3. beim Betreten des Raumes schlug uns ein mehr als unangenehmer Geruch entgegen, wie sich herausstellte, aus dem Bad kommend.
