Ferienhaus war gut, sauber und gute Ausstattung. Treppe zum Schlafzimmer wird sehr eng und im Hintergrund des Grundstückes ist eine Schule, deswegen bei Genauigkeit weniger Punkte.

Verkehrsgünstig im ruhigen Stadtteil mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( prima Bäcker gegenüber ) gelegen. Parken kein Problem. Unterkunft sauber und warm.

Da die Unterkunft verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig liegt, waren wir viel mit dem eigenen Fahrrad und auch mit der Bahn in Dresden und Umgebung unterwegs. Durch den freundlichen Empfang von Frau Thoß und der gut eingerichteten Wohnung, haben wir uns schnell wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gut geführtes, sehr sauberes und modern eingerichtetes Haus. Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Die Anbindung an den Personennahverkehr ist sehr gut. Wir haben den Pkw während unseres Aufenthalts nicht benötigt.

Trotz des nicht so optimalen Wetters, war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Ruhige Gegend. Leider war im Nachbarhaus eine Baustelle, die uns morgens geweckt hat. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Öffis. Alles in allem ein erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und für 3 Personen ausreichend. Die Haltestellen für den ÖPNV sind nah, so dass man schnell in Dresden und Umgebung ist. Auch das nahe Einkaufszentrum ist ein Pluspunkt. Die angebotenen Fahrräder standen leider nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Der Checkout war leider sehr unpersönlich. Der Baulärm war sehr störend, dafür kann der Vermieter aber nichts.
