Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen . Mega zentral durch 4 Tram Haltepunkte um die Ecke . Neustadt , Altstadt ,alles ist schnell damit erreichbar . Rewe , Aldi fussläufig . Perfekt für den Dresden Urlaub . Vielleicht wird die Fassade des Gebäudes ja noch einmal gemacht . Die Wohnung selber ist wirklich gut . Anreise unkompliziert . Handtücher waren da , Bett gemacht. Gerne wieder !

Perfekter Aufenthalt.

Wir haben die 10 Tage genossen. Der einzigartige Charme dieser Wohnung hat uns mitgenommen, herrlich. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist etwas durchgesessen, ansonsten war alles wunderbar! Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch nur einen Steinwurf entfernt, alles in allem perfekt.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum, da alles sehr unkompliziert war. Die Wohnung war sehr zentral gelegen, sauber und perfekt geschnitten (wie auch beschrieben). Es war alles notwendige vorhanden und perfekt ausgestattet. Mit der Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür war es die perfekte Wohnung für unseren Städtetrip.

Sehr schöne sympathische Wohnung, die ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist

Die Wohnung ist relativ groß und das nach hinten gelegene Schlafzimmer erstaunlich ruhig. Die Küche ist komplett allerdings müßten Türen neu eingestellt werden und der Müllauszug wieder gängig gemacht werden. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung ein großes Bad mit zwei Fenster und Anschluss an das Straßenbahn Netz direkt vor der Tür. Insgesamt recht gut mit etwas Luft nach oben mit wenig Aufwand vom Vermieter. Viel Platz und tolle Lage

Diese Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Lage unweit von der Elbe und bietet zudem einen PKW-Stellplatz im Innenhof. Haltestellen für die Linien 4, 9 und 13 sowie u. a. ein ALDI und REWE sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. So ist man schnell und ohne umsteigen in der Stadt und gut versorgt. Direkt nebenan ist ein sehr empfehlenswertes Burger-Restaurant. Auch wenn das Gebäude von außen nicht sehr "einladend" aussieht, hat es in der Ferienwohnung doch einen tollen Charme mit der stilgerechten Sanierung sowie ein modernes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche sowie Badewanne. Die gut ausgestattete Küche bietet auch gut Platz, um dort zu essen.

Toller Urlaub in Dresden

Schöner Aufenthalt in Dresden. Super netter Vermieter, der viele interessante Tipps für uns hatte. Schöne Altbauwohnung, alles ausreichend vorhanden (z. B. Geschirr). Tolle Lage (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Restaurants) und Straßenbahn vor der Tür (man ist in ca. 10 - 15 Minuten direkt im Zentrum von Dresden). Empfehlenswert sind auch die Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Elbsandsteingebirge, Schloß Moritzburg u. v. a. m.) War ein toller, stressfreier und entspannender Urlaub. Gerne wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft in Dresden

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft für einen Besuch in Dresden. Wir haben es genossen, jeden Tag zu Fuß an der Elbe entlang in die Innenstadt zu erreichen. Aber auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel halten nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
