YOUR INFORMATION. Excellent on site facilities. A Parkdean Resort. There is a shop on site and WiFi is available. The season for Skipsea Parkdean resort is March to the beginning of November when everything is open. Out of season , the caravan is still available but everything on-site is closed INCLUDING the shop. ALL guests are expected to read the information and heed my correspondence for All bookings and especially for those booking out of season.  On-site Facilities are- Swimming pool/steam room/sauna/jacuzzi. Children’s entertainment, Show bar/live entertainment

Sports hall 
Fishing/Duck pond. Gym. Fish and chips, Ice cream, Shop, Laundrette, Soft play, Bike hire. Passes are purchased from reception for the entertainment/ facilities. This secluded self-catering caravan on the East Yorkshire Coastline is where you can relax and enjoy quality time with family and friends. Situated on the quieter area of the park and near to the sea. Get back to nature in the open air and relax in true comfort thanks to the modern facilities of this beautiful luxury caravan. As a self-catering caravan you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The caravan is a perfect place to relax with a veranda and offers a television. It has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8. In the first bedroom, is a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds
The third bedroom has 2 single beds.
There is an additional double sofa bed in the lounge. There are 2 toilets and a shower. The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink. House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed, electric car charging is not allowed  - There is free parking on premises. - Pets are not allowed at the property. Nearby popular areas are Hornsea, Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough.
