All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially bar and reception staff. The room was confortable and had everything we needed, bathroom a little dated. Breakfast wasn’t what we expected. We stayed at the holiday inn express in Belfast recently and had one of the best hotel breakfasts in years. This holiday inn Droitwich breakfast didn’t even compare, 3/6 of the hot plates were empty and clearly had been for a while, took the staff 15mins to bring fresh ones. By the time the food came out there was about 15+ people waiting so barely got a look in. The selection wasn’t even half as good. Was a shame.
