Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend ist schön, das Haus und der Garten auch. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Leider war nicht angegeben, dass ein Bett im Wohnzimmer ist. 2 Sessel waren schon sehr mitgenommen im älteren Teil, aber Couch im neuen Teil sehr gut

Maison sale avec deux petites salles d’eau dont une minuscule

Le sol n’avait pas été lavé, du gras sur les meubles de la cuisine, des toiles d’araignées, des ongles et pansements trouvés sur la moquette dans une chambre, des détritus dans les creux des canapés, aspirateur en panne et Mis à part une des salles de bains et la propreté cette maison aurait pu être très agréable c’est vraiment dommage Autre gros point négatif le linge de lit qui n’est pas fourni oblige les voyageurs à prendre une valise en soute pour pouvoir amener le nécessaire donc frais supplémentaires L’intermédiaire Novasol qui doit être je suppose une agence ne répond pas aux messages donc aucun échange possible pour avoir quelconque renseignement J’ai dû versé 100 € supplémentaires pour obtenir le code de la boîte à clé de la maison Impossible de savoir s’il s agit d’une caution qui va m’être remboursée mais pour l’instant ce montant m’a bel et bien été débité Je ne reviendrai pas dans ce logement à moins peut être d’avoir un contact avec le propriétaire qui je pense n’y est pour rien car location gérée par NOVASOL
