Welcome to a modern and spacious house on Aspö, where every day is greeted by a spectacular sea view. Located in a west-facing position, this home offers undisturbed panoramic views and perfect sunsets to admire from the furnished terraces.



The house has an open floor plan that brings together the kitchen, dining room and living room. The large garden located right in front of the sea is perfect for both games and relaxation. With easy access to cliffs for sunbathing and swimming just 50 meters from the house, this is an ideal place for nature and sea lovers.



Aspö, a picturesque island with winding roads, is great for cycling and excursions in the archipelago. You can get to Aspö by ferry. The journey takes 25 minutes, and the ferry is free of charge, the ferry departs every 30 minutes, or once an hour depending on the time of day. Take small excursions to nearby islets and islands. During the summer months, you can also enjoy the island's restaurants and cafés.
