Hickory House is a fabulous home with panoramic views, located in a private location and only 12 miles to all three ski areas and state park as well as golf course and minutes to Dolly Sods Wilderness.
This home is very unique with plenty of space for your entire group!
8 bedrooms and 6 baths with 4 queens, 4 doubles and 7 twins. (see below) All linens are provided.

Home features a huge living room with lots of seating centered around a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, a double appliance kitchen to allow for storing and cooking for your group! Very large living area, double appliances in kitchen, a game room and additional lounge area!
Outdoors you will find a large deck with grills, tables and outdoor furniture and a huge 8-person hot tub! Don't forget the spacious yard with plenty of room for all your family activities! Central air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, VCR, WIFI, Washer and Dryer, Handicap accessible.

4-wheel drive recommended in winter.

Please note the HOA covenants strongly enforce the following:
No fireworks, no firearm discharge, no pets, Parking for 12 automobiles only.
Additionally HOA strictly enforces the occupancy of this home at : 16 Adults and 8 minor children
