Apartment located only 3 minutes walk from the Jbr beach, 3 minutes from supermarket (free delivery available door to door), and 7 minutes from Marina Mall.

The price include linens and towels, pool, fitness, electricity, water, Wifi, parking, also license fee and tax we pay to the land department due to the new law. We have all necessary permissions for the short term rent and you will be absolutely secure with us.
