Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax is imposed by the city: AED 10.00 per accommodation, per night
• Cleaning fee: AED 260 per accommodation, per stay.
A tourism fee is imposed by the city and collected at the property. The fee is AED 10.00 for the first bedroom per night, and increases by AED 10.00 per night for each additional bedroom.
• A damage deposit of AED 1500 will be collected before check-in.
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.
