The apartment was big and had lots of room. The beds were very comfortable but the couch was a little hard. It is about a 15 minute walk to Mall of Emirates or a 12 - 14 AED per taxi ride. There is lots of space for self-parking right underground. The staff were not the most helpful but it didn't affect our stay at all. There are lots of little shops, pharmacies and restaurants right outside of the place. I would definitely stay again because it is so convenient and was a good price.

Nice hotel, had good experience over 1 week. Room service provided daily. Appreciate the luggage assistance during check in and out. On cons, default internet speed is terrible ( you have to pay extra for higher speed) and hotel has no convenient parking space in front comoared to the hotel just beside it. Becomes an issue when getting in and out with taxis. There's traffic congestion in the area especially in the evenings, so driving is not fun. There are grocery and lots of restaurants and small eateries in the area with varying price levels for everyone, which is great.

The front desk are not welcoming at all and not helpful in anyway. The experience was not good, toilet not clean properly and also link in the kitchen area. The breakfast not great , honestly it doesn't worth the price.

The apartment style hotel was excellent. The room was huge, the service was exceptional, staff were super friendly and I don't have a single bad thing to say about the whole experience. Would highly recommend this hotel above many other options in this price range.

Good location. Close to Metro station. Spacious apartment. Had some initial problem with washroom plumbing. But they promptly fixed it. The rooms had opaque windows.So had no view of outside. Breakfast buffet was good. But we realized it was a bit expensive though.

Our family stay was amazing at Alkhoory, they offer spacious rooms and well maintained, staff at the hotel is friendly (especially reception) and supportive, the hotel is located near the Mashreq metro station and has many gift shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

The safe did not work. Had to ask for additional cutlery. Not enough kitchen equipment. Had to ask for toilet roll and clean towels. Staff were polite and trying to help where possible . Car park was convenient. Fridge freezer was very good. Appartement was very spacious.

Management is not up to the standard. Any comment is not fulfilled. The room is full mosquitoes and ask for management to take care of it no result. My body is all beaten by mosquitoes. Bed bug is all over manager said will change room but no result. Really got tired of asking. Management is just seating and asking how is everything but no action. I am sad. I left for another hotel.
