The hotel was good in terms of staff, cleanliness, and breakfast. Its location is also very convenient, with two metro stations within a short walking distance. However, there was a major issue: a building right next to the hotel is currently under construction, and the noise was extremely loud throughout the day, starting early in the morning. Another problem was the deposit. The amount they returned to me in cash was less than what I had originally paid. When I asked, they said it was because of taxes, which didn’t make any sense and wasn’t explained properly.

the property is old not clean, however, area convenient, staff nice, it is in the Burjuman area where many Indian gathers, shops and restaurants. May not be ideal for family travel, OK for business travelers who want to save money yet still convenient to access the transport system, easy to buy things. few supermarkets around. 13 minutes walk to the intersection of green and red metro which is not bad for the price.

The room was not what I expected at all. Different from the photos. And the area around the hotel is some of the worse slums I’ve seen in Dubai. Extremely disgusting with poor sanitation. Will never ever go back there again.
