Just 7 minutes away from Dubai Mall and Fountains, the location cannot be any better. Resort style pool, bar, restaurant. The building comes with valet parking and if you wish to catch a taxi or uber, there are many waiting in line near the building. This apartment is one of our most luxurious and comfortable apartments in Business Bay Downtown Dubai.

As part of check in process, Here are the documents required for check in:
- Passport copy/Government ID of all guests

Check in time: 3PM to 8PM
Check out time: 9AM to 11AM

Check outs in between 8pm to 9am will cost 100aed and will be considered as a late check in.

***As part of being a green building, all apartments air conditioning in Tower only cool down to a minimum of 22 degrees in Summer(April - September)***
