Disappointed but great location
Apartment was not clean on arrival (pubic hairs in both bathrooms) asked for it to be cleaned never was. Lots of beetles and cockroaches which we have never had in Dubai before. Reported a leaking toilet on arrival was never attended to all week despite several requests.

Dirty apartment, unresponsive management, misleading listing,
This apartment booked was completely unfit for purpose. The sofas were visibly soiled and there was a urine smell throughout the property. The mattress was in a shocking condition — springs could be felt while lying down or sleeping, and there were urine stains present, making the bed unhygienic and uncomfortable.
The fridge was broken and unusable. Management was only contactable by text message and often took days to respond, if at all. Despite advertising alternative rooms on Expedia, no move to another apartment or hotel was offered.
No practical assistance or resolution was provided, despite the severity of the conditions. As a result, accommodation had to be changed at personal expense during a peak period, which was both stressful and costly.
This property is run independently and does not meet acceptable standards for cleanliness, comfort, or customer service. Booking any apartment by this vendor should be completely avoided.
